Instant estimates
Website estimates are informational starting points based on the aircraft category, requested package, described condition, and selected upgrades. They are not invoices, guarantees, or confirmed appointments.
Final scope and price
Before service is scheduled, Suncoast Aircraft Care may review aircraft details, photos, access, condition, buildup, materials, location requirements, and requested work. Final scope and pricing must be agreed upon before work begins.
Customer authorization
The person requesting service confirms that they are authorized to arrange care for the aircraft and to provide any submitted aircraft information or photos. Airport, FBO, hangar, ramp, escort, water, and power requirements must be disclosed and approved as applicable.
Changes and additional work
Unexpected condition, inaccessible areas, unusual contamination, or work outside the approved scope may require a revised quote. Additional work is not included unless it is discussed and approved.
Scheduling
A preferred date is a request only. Service is scheduled after availability, access, location, weather, scope, and pricing are confirmed. Any rescheduling or cancellation details will be agreed upon during confirmation.
Website use
Do not submit false requests, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized dashboard access, or upload malicious, illegal, or unrelated files. Optional uploads are limited to relevant aircraft-condition photos.
