Information collected
When you request an estimate or send a message, Suncoast Aircraft Care may collect your name, email, phone number, company, aircraft information, tail number, airport or service location, preferred date, selected services, condition details, notes, and optional aircraft photos.
How it is used
Information is used to calculate and review estimates, contact you about the request, confirm access and scheduling, provide service, maintain business records, and improve the quoting process.
Anonymous quote activity
The website records anonymous progress through the estimate steps—such as starting an estimate, selecting an aircraft, viewing pricing, reaching the contact step, and submitting a request. These events do not include a visitor’s name, email, phone number, notes, or photos and are used only to improve the estimate experience.
Aircraft photos
Optional photos are stored privately and are available only through the owner dashboard. They are used to understand aircraft condition and prepare a more accurate scope. Do not upload identification documents, payment information, passwords, or unrelated private material.
Sharing and selling
Customer information is not sold. It may be shared only when reasonably needed to operate the website, comply with law, protect the business or customers, or coordinate approved service with an airport, FBO, or service provider.
Retention and security
Reasonable safeguards are used for stored requests and photos. Records may be retained while needed for customer service, business operations, dispute prevention, and legal or accounting requirements. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask for a correction or deletion of information by using the contact form and including the applicable request number. Some records may need to be retained where required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
Updates
This notice may be updated as the business and website change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
